About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and develop at their own pace. You will work closely with our experienced team to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,710.40-£30,867.20 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits including up to 50 paid days off work, childcare discount, and access to our Employee Assistance Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Qualified to level 3, 4, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and education to children
