About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Identify campaign challenges, craft innovative solutions, and take full ownership of their successful implementation.
  • Graphic Design: Create impactful assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and high-converting landing pages for both external and internal channels.
  • Digital Channel Management: Maintain digital channels, including HubSpot, the website, and intranet, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimise digital content for search engine optimisation.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and deliver digital marketing campaigns - track data to put to use.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Be comfortable with Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • HubSpot Familiarity: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Design Software Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • UX Design: Solid grasp of UX design principles to maximise user journey, conversion rate, and engagement.
