Molecular Biology Training Manager

About the RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the development of molecular diagnostic applications. As a Technical Training and Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with our Assay Development Scientists to ensure they meet their project deliverables while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and define technical learning objectives for the department, ensuring a deep understanding of molecular biology concepts.
- Translate learning objectives into modular and blended learning experiences, accessible to a multi-generational workforce.
- Provide excellent pastoral care to employees while maintaining high standards of performance management.
- Support employees and the wider team in continuous employee development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology or Biological Sciences with a strong molecular biology component, or equivalent experience.
- Laboratory workflow knowledge, preferably in a molecular biology setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven direct line management experience of a small team.
- Stakeholder management experience and having worked in a regulated environment would be desirable.
