Project Director - HVAC and Air Conditioning

Due to an impending retirement, our client is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment for commercial applications along the South Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and extensive experience in HVAC installation.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled air conditioning or HVAC engineer who has worked up to Senior Project Manager level.

We are also interested in candidates from a Pre-Construction background who possess building services qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment in commercial buildings
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Requirements:
  • Experienced air conditioning or HVAC engineer or similar
  • Proven track record of managing HVAC installation projects
  • Strong commercial skills and experience of estimating or tendering
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Package:
  • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
  • Shareholder opportunities once established in the role
  • Car or allowance
  • 33 days holiday
  • 8% pension
