Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 Waste Collection Driver to support our operations at a leading waste management company.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant will be dedicated, flexible, and capable of adapting to various situations. This role offers the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections
  • Operate the HGV Class 2 vehicle alongside a team to collect waste from designated locations
  • Transport collected waste to the appropriate disposal site upon reaching maximum load
  • Complete necessary documentation and report any vehicle or operational issues
Job Benefits:
  • Consistent shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Attractive hourly wage
  • Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours pay per shift
Job Specifications:
  • Hourly Rate: £17.26
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 22:00
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to Perm
Basic Requirements:
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Valid driving license, CPC card, and Tacho card
