We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Supported Living Service team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with setup and registration procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct assessments and support safeguarding efforts for service users, ensuring their physical, mental health, and social needs are met.
- Support service users and their families in meeting their needs, including updating care plans and conducting risk assessments.
- Lead and manage care staff, ensuring they are qualified and up-to-date with necessary training and development.
- Act as a delegate for the Company Director, establishing the company and managing day-to-day operations.
- Implement and manage quality assurance in line with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), ensuring the company meets financial and operational targets.
- Prepare weekly KPIs and drive business growth, adhering to Local Authority contracts.
- At least 3 years of care management experience, with a proven track record of achieving high outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
- Experience in tendering, spot purchases, and dynamic purchasing with local authorities.
- Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to cover on-call service.
- The legal right to live and work in the UK.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 5.
- A full, clean UK Driving License and own vehicle.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills.
