We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Coyle Personnel. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating work activities to ensure efficient project delivery
• Supervising and mentoring a team of construction professionals to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
• Managing plant and materials to optimize project efficiency
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction or civil engineering
• SMSTS certification
• Appointed Person/Lift Supervisor certification
• Valid CSCS card/certification
• Full UK driving license
