Job Title: Senior Technology Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Lawyer to join our legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising our executive team on legal matters related to technology and outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on technology agreements, including technology design appointments and agreements related to the procurement of technology, cloud services, SaaS, and IT licenses.
  • Providing oversight on other legal issues, including those related to IP, competition law, and data protection.
  • Working closely with the Head of Legal and other lawyers to manage legal matters and provide strategic advice.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a technology and outsourcing lawyer.
  • Experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong understanding of technology and outsourcing law, including IP, competition law, and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
