About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including patient rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean and well-maintained.
- Infection Prevention and Control: Follow established protocols to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or training in cleaning and maintenance, or a related field.
