Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled Lead Fabrication Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our mechanical engineering project services team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for fabrication and installation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and scope.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in fabrication estimation and project management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
