About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead our new White-Collar Temp/Interim Construction desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to establish and grow this new desk, focusing on white-collar temporary and interim placements within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Desk Setup and Development: Establish and grow the White-Collar Temp/Interim Construction Desk, identifying and targeting key market opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and interim white-collar roles within the construction sector.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide informed recruitment advice and strategies.
  • Consultative Approach: Offer expert guidance to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the construction sector, particularly in white-collar roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the construction industry, including key roles, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in building and managing a recruitment desk, achieving targets, and delivering results.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business development skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets and drive desk growth.
