POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is pivotal in delivering financial guidance to our manufacturing facility, acting as a strategic partner and catalyst for driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving operational goals.
The Finance Manager will bridge finance and operations, offering insights and direction to ensure that strategic decisions align with desired outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data and performance indicators to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement, fostering accountability and defining key metrics in collaboration with operational leaders.
- Decision Support: Supply financial insights and analyses to facilitate operational decision-making, including assessments of capital investment opportunities and new initiatives.
- Initiative Management: Drive initiatives focused on capital expenditure and working capital, influencing enhancements in operational excellence, quality, and supply chain management.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Partner with operations teams to formulate action plans and strategies informed by financial insights, overseeing their execution.
- Financial Modelling: Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios on operational outcomes.
- Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks within operations and recommend strategies for mitigation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess performance against established targets.

- Inventory Control: Implement inventory management strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of diverse accounting and finance experience; data analytics experience is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
- Capability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive.
