About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist/Technician to join our client's dynamic team in Harrogate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions across various projects, including Commercial, Leisure, Large-Scale Residential, Logistics, Retail, and Mixed-Use sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical capabilities through continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Utilize Revit and BIM expertise to create accurate and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare specifications for construction working drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and creativity.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure design intent is accurately translated into technical deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on Revit and BIM.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- CIAT accreditation or working towards chartership.
