About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Manager to lead our web strategy and ensure our digital platforms are both effective and engaging.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering web projects and will be responsible for managing the City & Guilds web presence to drive commercial performance, customer engagement, and satisfaction across our key audiences.

The role will involve setting the web strategy, leading the website team, and supporting the Head of Marketing Operations & Performance across other key global initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Azure DevOps, enterprise-level CMS technologies, and web analytics tools such as GA4.

They will also have a good understanding of HTML & CSS, SEO, and web design principles.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate having delivered on the design, build, and deployment of a website in a previous role.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about web management and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, web development, and analytics.

They will be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, particularly in web design and UX.
