We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Admin team as a Medical Records Clerk, providing essential support to our teams. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience and exceptional communication and customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the outpatients department and Portree Hospital, including answering calls, managing patient information, and maintaining accurate records. This role will also involve dealing with patient inquiries, organizing appointments, and providing general administrative assistance.

This position does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the outpatients department and Portree Hospital
  • Answer calls and manage patient information
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Deal with patient inquiries and provide general administrative assistance
  • Organize appointments and maintain schedules

Requirements:
