Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Leader at our Edwalton Day Nursery in Nottingham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children, aged 0-5 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Hold an early years qualification at level three or above.
  • Have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
  • Have excellent EYFS knowledge and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
  • Be able to inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated.
