Job Title: MSK Product Specialist

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for MSK and orthopaedic joint replacement? Do you have experience as an ODP, Physiotherapist, Theatre Nurse, Surgical Assistant, Scrub Nurse, Theatre Assistant, Osteopath, or similar role? We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Calibre8 Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great brand within Orthopaedics, specializing in large joint replacement. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be accountable for providing clinical support across the lower Northwest area, mostly. This could be to Consultants, Surgeons, Theatre Staff, or assisting the Sales Representatives in meeting. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent initial and ongoing training to a range of surgical staff, from head of department to newly graduated ODPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality training to surgical staff on large joint orthopaedic implants
  • Be the clinical subject expert for your employer across your territory
  • Cover the lower Northwest area, mostly, Manchester/Liverpool, and some areas further out, across the NHS and Private sector
  • Deliver high-quality training and attend surgical procedures as requested by customers or the Area Sales Manager
  • Manage your own diary with the added support of an established and performing team
  • Work with and support Sales Representatives to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Continually promote products and build positive business relations with current and potential clients
  • Liaise with a diverse group of people across the NHS and Private hospital settings, as well as at Trade Shows and Events
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build a good rapport with people from all backgrounds
  • Passion for MSK and especially orthopaedic joint replacement
  • Experience as an ODP, Physiotherapist, Theatre Nurse, Surgical Assistant, Scrub Nurse, Theatre Assistant, Osteopath, or similar role is essential
  • Good level of general anatomy and physiology knowledge to aid in clinical conversations
  • Must live within Manchester, Liverpool, or surrounding area, or be willing to relocate at your own cost
  • Highly motivated and able to be flexible to changeable days
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential for anyone applying
  • Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available
