Job Title: Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at Kings Camps, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality experience to children and young people across multiple camps in a specified region. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to travel and visit each venue regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Site Managers to ensure successful camps
  • Travel and visit each venue at least once a week to monitor progress and provide support
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve camp quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the wider Kings Camps management team to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with child protection, safeguarding, and health and safety policies
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies
  • Experience of managing a team and developing strategies
