This is an excellent chance to work for a metal processing company on a permanent 6am-2pm schedule. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for replacing bearings, chains, drive belts, shafts, conveyor belts, motors, clutch, brakes, and fabricating guards. The work will involve both reactive and planned maintenance. The company is an SME with a great team dynamic, and the manager is a key factor in the company's success. You will receive comprehensive training from the start.

The company operates a range of machinery, including overhead cranes, forklift trucks, de-coilers, cold roll forming mills, roll feed units, power presses, ink jet printers, press brakes, folders, corrugated curving machines, auto banders, saws, wire erosion machines, drillers, lathes, grinders, and milling machines. CNC lathes are also used.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a mechanical bias maintenance fitter/engineer. A Level 2 or 3 qualification is ideal.
