What We Require:
Our bar team is composed of cocktail-making professionals who craft unique beverages with speed and precision. As a Cocktail Specialist, you will be intuitive, socially engaging, and meticulous about details. You will enjoy interacting with our guests and take great pride in delivering remarkable and unforgettable experiences.
Even if you are new to the cocktail scene, rest assured that we have the industry's finest trainers ready to teach you everything you need to know about mixology.
This is a PART TIME position, with a starting wage of 10.42/11.44 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, delivering excellent service and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all utensils, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked and readily accessible.
- Ensure that all cocktails are crafted with consistency, quality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with the barback and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.
Skills and Experience:
- Resilient and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, diligent, and a team-oriented individual.
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.
- A multi-tasker who is quick and charismatic.
- Experience in cocktail bartending and free pouring is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Unafraid to initiate a celebration.
