Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisory Accountant to join our team based in Yeovil. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing varied accounts, tax, and general practice services for a diverse client base. Your expertise will be utilized to build strong relationships with clients, identifying and delivering advisory and planning-focused project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, including limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, and sole traders/partnerships

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth

• Collaborate with clients to deliver advisory and planning-focused project work, including tax and general practice services

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on financial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with a strong background in accountancy practice

• Proven experience in a senior accounting role, with a focus on client-facing and advisory work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support to clients
