Job Title: Maintenance Gardener

We are seeking a reliable and skilled couple to join our team as Maintenance Gardeners at a stunning estate in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the estate's gardens and grounds, working closely with our Chef and Gardener to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the estate's gardens and grounds, including pruning, weeding, and planting.
  • Assist with general house maintenance duties, such as cleaning and repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeper to ensure the smooth running of the household.
  • Provide occasional driving services for station and airport runs.
  • Walk the estate's dogs and provide general animal care.
Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break and tea break. Alternate weekends, 9am - 5pm, with 2 days off during the week. A superb 2-bedroom cottage with own garden is provided as staff accommodation, including all costs and Sky broadband. Pets welcome, and dependants may be considered.

Requirements:

We are looking for a couple with excellent communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work as a team. Nepalese language skills are advantageous. Salary negotiable according to experience.
