Job Title: Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team in Nottingham. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in delivering detailed design and technical solutions across multiple high-profile projects. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards, with a strong emphasis on technical detailing, building regulations compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical design process from concept through to construction.
  2. Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using REVIT.
  3. Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
  4. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  5. Manage multiple projects, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Architect with a strong technical background and experience in delivering complex projects.
  2. Proficiency in REVIT is essential.
  3. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  5. Experience working across commercial, educational, or regeneration sectors is an advantage.
