Graduate Sustainable Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sustainable Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer to join our team at Method Consulting LLP.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent sustainability and engineering consultancy, where you will have the chance to expand your skillset and gain invaluable knowledge from other team members.

As a Graduate Sustainable Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for building services engineering design, including mechanical and electrical engineering and building physics.

You will also advise clients on how to achieve net zero carbon through engineering design and specification, and advise on building services aspects of BREEAM and other sustainability assessments.

Additionally, you will be responsible for computer thermal modelling of buildings to assess energy use, site visits to construction sites to inspect building services installations, and advising on building-integrated renewable energy.

You will work closely with our other business groups and have the opportunity to develop your qualifications and become affiliated with an accredited institution such as CIBSE, IMechE, IET or the Energy Institute.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £30k, 24 days' leave plus additional flexi-leave, flexible working hours, private healthcare, life assurance, company pension scheme, regular appraisals and a profit-share bonus scheme.
