Your Role as a Delivery Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass collecting and delivering parcels across a designated route within the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading parcels at the depot with the assistance of provided equipment.
  • Following a pre-determined delivery and collection schedule to ensure timely service.
  • Providing excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with recipients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a delivery driver in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical capability to lift, load, and carry parcels as required.
