Your Role as a Delivery SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass collecting and delivering parcels across a designated route within the local area.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and unloading parcels at the depot with the assistance of provided equipment.
- Following a pre-determined delivery and collection schedule to ensure timely service.
- Providing excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with recipients.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation.

- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and consistently exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
