We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position offers a diverse and technical opportunity, complemented by an attractive compensation package and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, plan, and enhance operational processes to boost production efficiency and product quality.
  • Implement new methodologies and protocols, establish quality benchmarks, and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lean practices, challenging existing processes, equipment, and personnel to elevate capability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop acceptance testing protocols, inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products, and create robust quality control systems.
  • Maintain calibration systems, conduct internal audits, and identify corrective measures as necessary.
  • Participate in the validation of manufacturing and engineering processes, including on-the-job training.
  • Address quality challenges through systematic problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and support supplier quality assurance during peak periods or staff absences.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data effectively and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and utilizing necessary equipment to verify discrepancies.
