Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development of store strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including stock takes and ordering.
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
