Are you passionate about the outdoors and eager to develop your skills as an activity leader? Kingswood is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Outdoor Activity Leader Apprentice.

This 13-month apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering high-adrenaline outdoor activities, designing and running sessions, and undertaking external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications.

As an Outdoor Activity Leader Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a range of outdoor activities using specialist equipment
  • Designing and running sessions to engage and challenge participants
  • Undertaking NGB qualifications to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies
