Job Overview

MTrec Ltd is seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves the operation and configuration of advanced injection moulding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Efficiently operate all injection moulding machines, including automated systems, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Train and oversee machine packers, ensuring they are effectively utilized and any operational issues are promptly reported to management.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication regarding production progress and any challenges encountered with the Shift Manager or Process Engineer.
  • Machine Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of machine operations to the incoming Shift Technician.
  • Efficiency Maintenance: Strive to maintain high machine efficiency and minimize waste production.
  • Issue Identification: Recognize tooling and process discrepancies, reporting these along with any defects to the Shift Manager or Process Engineer.
  • Hygiene Standards: Uphold the highest hygiene standards in the work area, including machinery.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow all established procedures as outlined in the training documentation and employee handbook.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English for both written and spoken interactions. Additionally, the ability to operate computer systems for data management is essential.
