About the Role:

DACS Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Merseyside. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supervising a team of electrical technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation.
  2. Oversee electrical projects from planning to completion.
  3. Assist in planning priorities and tasks for the team.
  4. Carry out specialized electrical work to relevant standards.
  5. Operate and check specialist equipment.
  6. Supervise the team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  7. Compile and maintain records.
  8. Respond to incidents and problems.
  9. Report to management.
  10. Record and resolve breakdowns and deficiencies.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant electrical installation qualification (e.g. C&G/NVQ).
  2. 18th edition wiring regulations.
  3. Inspection and testing 2391.
  4. Familiarity with EPLAN drawings.
  5. Demonstrated history of installing control systems.
  6. Experience in a supervisory capacity.
  7. Excellent knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
  8. Familiarity with EPLAN or other electrical design software.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
