Are you a dedicated and meticulous individual with a strong interest in property upkeep and cleanliness? Join us in ensuring that a premier residential complex is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort. This role not only involves cleaning tasks but also requires interaction with residents, making effective communication skills essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Carrying out cleaning duties throughout all areas of the property, including entrances and storage facilities.
  • Conducting daily meetings with the supervisor to discuss any ongoing issues.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, including entry system concerns.
  • Executing deep cleaning tasks and ensuring the premises remain free of litter.
  • Utilizing various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers.
  • Overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks such as painting and decorating as required.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies like floods, fires, and gas leaks.
  • Keeping accurate records, including utility meter readings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is willing to assist whenever necessary. Basic administrative and computer skills are also important to maintain accurate records.

Working Hours:
21 to 28 hours per week
