We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Professional Negligence Team. As a Solicitor in this role, you will work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including Construction, Brokers, Solicitors, and Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Partners on high-value claims
  • Manage your own case load with progression opportunities
  • Have prior experience in professional negligence and knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in professional negligence
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
