About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Lead to join our team at Eden Blake Procurement & Supply Chain Search. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategic procurement of goods and services, with a focus on garage and workshop repair services, spare parts, and supplier performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including fleet management teams and suppliers
  • Manage and optimize the procurement process, including contract negotiations and supplier performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Develop and implement a structured supplier performance management program to ensure contractual standards and commercials are met
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end procurement activity, including category sourcing strategies and supplier performance management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of a business
  • Strong track record of savings delivery and experience in robust supplier performance management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
