TML Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled MRICS Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy in London. As a key member of the Commercial Valuation team, you will be responsible for carrying out valuation instructions with a high degree of independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial valuation, with experience in preparing concise and accurate valuation reports. You will be expected to collaborate with valuation colleagues and assume personal responsibility for valuation instructions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out valuation instructions efficiently and effectively
  • Preparing valuation reports for Director review and sign off
  • Collaborating with valuation colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the business
  • Assisting graduate colleagues in their APC preparations

Requirements for the role include:

  • MRICS qualification and registration as a valuer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Proficiency in valuation software, ideally KEL and Argus Developer
  • Strong project management and data management skills
  • Flexibility and resilience in working arrangements
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Good working knowledge of the RICS Red Book
  • Track record in preparing RICS Red Book valuations for commercial lending
