About the Role

As a leader, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working closely with our pharmacy team to provide top-notch services to our customers. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services to our customers.
  • Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice and support to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
  • Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to ensure seamless care for our customers.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.

What We're Looking For

  • A Pharmacy Degree and a passion for leading and empowering a team.
  • A member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Ability to complete a DBS check before employment.
