The Night Care Team Leader at HC-One Ltd. will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As a key member of the care team, you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home
- Ensure that all residents have their individual care needs met at all times
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional resident care
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Requirements
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
