About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in a custodial setting, providing high-quality patient care and promoting recovery pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in a custodial setting, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement recovery pathways for patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of innovation and excellence in nursing practice.
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with current UK registration.
  • Experience of leadership or direct line management in a custodial or community setting.
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration experience.
