About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to our clients on all types of residential property, including high-end developments, student accommodation, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quantity surveying services to clients, including cost planning, measurement, and valuation
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues

Requirements:

  • MRICS Quantity Surveyor qualification
  • PQS background
  • Strong experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
