About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality learning environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
