Job Role: Asbestos Consultant

Location: North West

Salary: £26,000 - £42,000 DOE + Training + Benefits

Future Select Recruitment, a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join their North West team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Consultant to conduct in-depth asbestos surveys to residential and commercial properties in the North West region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of the P402 qualification and surveying experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth asbestos surveys to residential and commercial properties
  • Undertaking bulk sampling and visual inspections
  • Collecting data from site using handheld PDAs and TEAMS/TRACKER software
  • Producing technical surveying reports and feedback findings to clients
  • Traveling around the North West region to conduct surveys
Requirements
  • Minimum of the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification
  • P403/4 qualification (desirable)
  • On-site experience as a surveyor or surveyor/analyst
  • Good understanding of asbestos regulations and best practices
