Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep of all machinery, equipment, facilities, and associated infrastructure. This includes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards.
In your initial weeks, you will:
1. Ensure that all maintenance tasks, repairs, enhancements, and developments are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively across all aspects of the site’s equipment and services.
2. Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols, minimizing the risk of incidents.
3. Develop, refine, and enhance maintenance procedures in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and site-specific knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in process and production environments aimed at continuous improvement in operations and safety.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Production and Quality teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation for internal use and compliance purposes.
