Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive estimates from first principles, ensuring both net and gross calculations are accurate.
  • Commercial Planning: Strategically plan commercial activities to align with project timelines and objectives.
  • Measurement and Agreements: Conduct precise measurement of works and negotiate agreements with subcontractors.
  • Final Accounts Management: Take charge of preparing and reconciling final accounts, ensuring all agreements with subcontractors are reached.
  • Cost Monitoring: Continuously assess projected costs to completion, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain effective records to support claims and ensure timely issuance of payment applications for variations.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to integrity. A genuine 'people person', you will excel in fostering effective communication with clients, trade teams, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
