About the Role
We're seeking a Department Head to manage a team of Manufacturing and Production Operatives. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your section in the factory, reporting to our Shift Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance - Coach and develop your team to ensure product quality and meet specifications.
- Leadership - Provide passionate leadership, motivating and engaging a diverse team to success.
- Problem-Solving - Collaborate with other teams to address seasonal challenges, raw product quality issues, and tight deadlines.
- Mentorship - Challenge the status quo and mentor your team to achieve perfection in product quality.
- Compliance - Ensure delivery of KPIs, GMP standards, food safety, and health and safety standards.
