Assistant Manager Opportunity at Wingstop

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Wingstop, a leading restaurant brand in the UK. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in creating a great working environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Wingstop, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead a team of staff and ensure that our high standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and food quality
  • Assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant and achieving business objectives
  • Manage daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-12 months of management experience in a hospitality, leisure, or retail environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
