Role Overview:

The position of Regional Sales Executive

Plumbing Solutions will entail:
Field-based sales role, promoting a manufactured range of plumbing components, underfloor heating systems, insulated pipework, district heating solutions, and to a lesser extent, heat interface units.
Engagement with Mechanical & Electrical contractors is a key aspect of this role.
Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to selling to Mechanical & Electrical contractors and installers, while the remaining 30% will involve sales to independent and national distributors.
Sales turnover target is approximately £350,000.
Project values typically range from £350 to £1,000 per residential unit.
The role will involve a focus on 70% new business development and 30% account management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in field sales within the plumbing and heating sector, specifically with contractors and distributors.
- A background in selling to Mechanical & Electrical contractors, installers, and plumbing & heating distributors is preferred.
- Experience from the commercial HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical, or building services sectors is advantageous.
- A background in manufacturing field sales is ideal, although candidates with distribution experience who have worked with manufacturers will also be considered.
- Proficiency in IT and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating products, including pipes, fittings, heat interface units, district heating, underfloor heating, and insulated pipework.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- A calm, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
