Job Description

RMS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization's education and training program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Support: Assist in the delivery of the firm's education and training program, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with speakers, students, and delegates, responding to queries and providing timely updates.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and document management.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials for events and online activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on student progress and course uptake, informing budgetary, marketing, and management decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in events and higher education is essential.
  • Skills: Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Superb customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
