IT Project Coordinator Job Description

CPS Group UK is seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team. As the central funnel for all IT initiatives, requests, and needs, you will be responsible for tracking and managing IT project progress and updating stakeholders accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as an IT Project Coordinator/Manager, excellent communication skills, and experience in using Project Management/tracking software (e.g. DART, Jira). You will also be able to work on-site Monday-Friday and have a thorough understanding of live IT projects, needs, and upcoming requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the central funnel for all IT initiatives, requests, and needs
  2. Track and manage IT project progress and update stakeholders accordingly
  3. Provide robust daily standup updates through to completion
  4. Utilize Project Management tracking software to both track and update key personnel
  5. Manage escalations and problem-solve where required
  6. Ensure IT needs are effectively provisioned
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrable experience as an IT Project Coordinator/Manager
  2. Extremely organized, diligent, and strong communication skills
  3. Experience in using Project Management/tracking software (e.g. DART, Jira)
  4. Knowledge of escalation protocols and processes
  5. Able to work on-site Monday-Friday
