We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our successful team in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in family law and will be able to advise on a range of matters including divorce, financial relief, private law children, cohabitation, and pre and post nuptial agreements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique law firm with significant expansion plans over the next 3+ years. You will inherit a privately funded caseload and work collaboratively with the rest of the team.
As a Family Solicitor at our firm, you will have the support of a full-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant and will be able to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on family law matters including divorce, financial relief, and private law children
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver excellent client service
- Develop and maintain a privately funded caseload
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm
