We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Achilles Information Limited. As a key member of our carbon management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to improve their environmental performance and achieve certification through our Achilles Carbon Reduce programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients through the registration and certification process, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to support clients in achieving their sustainability goals.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients and internal team members to increase capability in understanding Achilles' products, processes, and services.
  • Collaborate with the Achilles technical team to progress and plan programme improvements, and provide technical input to new programme and service developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in carbon management or a related field, with a strong understanding of environmental performance and sustainability principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to meet clients and colleagues.
