We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a male Mental Health hospital in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
- Strong team-working skills
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
- Annual salary of up to £35,100 per annum
